Please guide Future career

Asalam O Alaikum Dear seniors!
I am 4th year medical student at govt college i was detained in 3rd year mbbs in supply viva by the HOD i was very much depressed and stressed after that .still cant digest that i was detained in viva why govt colleges do these things which doesnt happens in private colleges. I am very worried about my future will i be able to get any job after graduation and will i be able to get induction in fcps?? Plz guide me
My family is also not very supportive my class mates make fun of me after that incident at one point i was so much stressed that i took antidepressants ..plz guide me i am very worried .

Supplies and failures are part of medical profession.
we all post our achievements when we gain them but dont show the number of trials every one does for it...
so dont worry... u will get what ever u desire and is ur destiny.

I got detained twice both in 1st and 2nd year now in 4th year plz stay strong have belief in Allah pray namaz and focus on studies. keep in touch only with sincere friends and dont talk to other people. iA you will get through and complete the degree.
